Important announcement!

FTSO.it was launched in September 2021 with the mission of supporting Songbird, Flare's canary network.

Our primary goal was to develop a scalable infrastructure and tailored algorithms which would be able to compete with the best TSO providers by providing accurate price estimates to the network on regular basis.

During the first year, FTSO.it offered robust and competitive data feeds on Songbird, being close to the best most of the time: a fact in which we, the whole team, take great pride.

Meanwhile, we started working on a range of Flare based services and dApps, TSO being just one of the named ones.

Let us lead the change.

The first year was all about the reliability and accuracy.

We feel that the second year should be primarily about decentralization.

Supporting FTSO community's initiative for the reduction of the vote power cap to 2.5 %, we have decided for a brand new start in the beginning of next year, on both networks.

Currently, there are three groups of oracles, i.e. the big few (with vote power ~10 % cap), followed by several medium sized TSOs (with vote power >2.5 %) and then the rest of them.

We are grateful to belong to the first group, yet we believe the network would benefit from a larger second group, too.

So, if we may suggest, pick a great FTSO outside top tier group, with a smaller vote power and help to decentralize Songbird and Flare.

FTSO.it will cease all services in epoch 64.
