This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you when browsing our website (https://ftso.it) and how and why your personal data is processed, where “you” refers to the person that is browsing our website, and “ACEX”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the company ACEX Ltd. that is the owner of the website.
ACEX Ltd., a Limited liability company located at Leskoškova cesta 9E, SI-1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, and registered in the Slovenian Business Register with identification number 8190852000 and tax number 93183496,is the data controller responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) as well as any applicable national laws.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified, directly or indirectly.
We may collect and process these types of personal data about you:

3. HOW IS YOUR DATA COLLECTED
You may give us your email, name and surname data by manually filling-in a form on our web page and confirming your subscription to the FTSO.it mailing list by clicking the link in the confirmation email. If you received the confirmation email by mistake, simply delete it. You will not be subscribed if you do not click on the confirmation link and your personal data will not be processed. You may also provide some additional data that could be considered personal in your message.
Analytical cookies are set and read only after you agree with their use by clicking the button in the cookie bar.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We may use your data from the “Contact us” form to contact you back in case your message is relevant.
We may use your email in the following circumstances:
- To ask for your feedback with regard to your user experience with the FTSO.it site.
- To inform you of new app features and upgrades.
- To answer any of your questions you sent us by email.
We may use your data from the job application form to assess your application which includes contacting your recent employers, looking at the relevant databases to confirm your achievements and education degrees, confirming authorship of your portfolio, etc. Your email and/or phone number may also be used for contacting you in case we need additional information.

For achieving the purposes of use set out in Section 4, we may also share your personal data with data processors listed below:
- The Rocket Science Group, LLC for managing our ACE Community mailing list by using the Mailchimp marketing platform.
- Google LLC for its analytics service.

- Compelled by subpoena, court order, or other valid legal procedure;
- We believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss;

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without any notice to you, except if and when such notice is required by law.
